Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival.  Check-out is 10 am on the day of departure.

Early check-in or late check-out cannot be guaranteed.  During off season it may be a possibility but cannot be confirmed until day before arrival or departure.

We do allow pets for an additional fee of $125 for one pet and each additional pet is $20/pet/night (not to exceed 3 pets or 45 pounds/pet unless approved by owner). Our fenced in yard makes the vacation for your pet a safe and fun place.

Yes, our home is equipped with high speed wireless internet and cable TV.  We have a Smart TV in the main living room to access additional viewing options.

There is NO Smoking in our home.  There is a substantial fine for smoking in the home.  If you smoke outside, please dispose of all cigarette butts and ashes.

We require 50% down to make your reservation.  The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express for an additional 3% fee.  We also accept money orders and certified checks.

Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee equal to one night’s stay.Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund.

There are many places to choose from close to The Sunrise Cove on Lake Oconee.  We recommend Silver Moon, Bone Island Grill, Georgia Butts, Gaby’s by the Lake, Café 44, Filet Steak and Seafood, & Mellow Mushroom.

We enforce our cancellation policy and we do not make exceptions due to natural disasters and illness. Trip insurance is always a good idea.
